1. Services Provided

Go Trade Learning provides stock market education, webinars, classroom training, mentorship programs, and learning guidance delivered by NISM-certified professionals in accordance with applicable Indian regulations.
All programs are structured strictly as educational services intended to improve financial literacy, market understanding, trading psychology, and disciplined trading practices.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to enroll in any paid program or membership plan.

3. Enrolment and Access

Access to any program or membership is granted only after successful payment.
All enrolments are personal, non-transferable, and valid only for the registered participant.

4. Market Risk Disclosure & Guidance Disclaimer

All investments and trading activities are subject to market risks. Participants are advised to carefully read all learning materials and proceed with their trading decisions responsibly.

Go Trade Learning provides educational guidance, mentoring support, and personalised learning assistance delivered by NISM-certified professionals to help participants understand market concepts, trading behaviour and disciplined approaches.

However, Go Trade Learning does not act as a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser or Portfolio Manager and does not execute trades on behalf of participants. Any trading or investment action taken by participants is based on their own judgement and discretion.

Go Trade Learning shall not be responsible for any financial loss, market fluctuation, or trading outcome.

5. Batch Scheduling & Availability

Classroom sessions, webinars, program schedules, and seat availability are subject to change without prior notice.

Batch change requests are not guaranteed and will be considered only if seats are available.

6. Payments, Refunds & Cancellations

All payments made towards programs, webinars, classroom sessions, memberships, or any learning services are final and non-refundable.

Once enrolled, participants must complete the selected course or membership period.
No rollovers, partial refunds, or transfer of fees are permitted.

7. User Conduct

Participants must maintain professional behaviour during all sessions and must not misuse or distribute proprietary training materials. Any violation may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All training materials, software workflows, videos, documentation, logos, and branding belong exclusively to Go Trade Learning and may not be reproduced or shared without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Go Trade Learning shall not be liable for any trading losses, financial damages, or outcomes resulting from the use of information provided in its programs.

10. Modifications to Services

Go Trade Learning reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service, program, or feature at its discretion.
